Wim Hof Method
Wim Hof method is
a method designed by a Dutch guy called Wim Hof.
He has 21 Guinness records and is famously known as the Iceman

energy techniques. He eventually discovered the easiest practice for health,
healing, and fitness - the Wim Hof method.
He says anyone can become super human by practicing the Wim
Hof method.
It has 3 parts: stretching yoga postures, 3 cycles of deep
breathing, and cold showers.
It’s a Proven Method
Doctors and scientists have studied the people practicing
this method and were astonished to see how the practitioners could empower
their immune system and control their atomic nervous system at will. They also experimented
by injecting bacteria into them. The bacteria failed to infect them. See this

method?
It's just 3 cycles of deep breathing (39 times deep inhale
