Wim Hof method is a method designed by a Dutch guy called Wim Hof.
He has 21 Guinness records and is famously known as the Iceman for his super human stunts.
He extensively studied yoga, pranayama, and many breath, energy techniques. He eventually discovered the easiest practice for health, healing, and fitness - the Wim Hof method.
He says anyone can become super human by practicing the Wim Hof method.
It has 3 parts: stretching yoga postures, 3 cycles of deep breathing, and cold showers.

It’s a Proven Method
Doctors and scientists have studied the people practicing this method and were astonished to see how the practitioners could empower their immune system and control their atomic nervous system at will. How to do the Wim Hof method?
It's just 3 cycles of deep breathing (39 times deep inhale and exhale - 3cycles). You may also do the stretching yoga exercises and cold showers in addition to deep breathing.
